Hypertension is another term used to describe high blood pressure.
High blood pressure is diagnosed when a measurement of 140/90 is obtained on three different occasions.
High blood pressure forces the heart to work harder to pump blood to the rest of the body and causes the walls of the heart to stiffen.
And it is a major cause of stroke, heart disease and kidney disease.
The first consequences of hypertension are suffered by the arteries, because they harden as they withstand continuously high blood pressure, become thicker and the passage of blood through them can be hindered.
This is known as atherosclerosis.
But one of its greatest dangers is that it is a silent disease.
You can have high blood pressure and show no symptoms.
Hence the importance of prevention.

How can we prevent and treat hypertension?

In the prevention and treatment of hypertension it is necessary to modify lifestyle: – Reach or maintain a healthy weight.
– Avoid table salt and salt used in cooking.
– Reduce consumption of saturated fats.
– Reduce alcohol consumption.
– STOP SMOKING.
– Consume an Ubiquinol supplement.
– Consume a good supplement of L-arginine, L-citrulline and antioxidants.
Immediate extraordinary results can be produced with a blend of antioxidant nutrients including the amino acid L-arginine, the amino acid L-citrulline and antioxidants, because it works as a vasodilator, allowing better blood flow and oxygenation throughout the body.
Hundreds of clinical studies prove that the amino acids L-Arginine and L-citrulline work as a “natural healer” of the heart and blood vessels, including congestive heart failure (CHF), chest pain, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease and various other benefits.

How does it work?

L-Arginine is converted in the body into a chemical called nitric oxide.
L-citrulline, in turn, is converted to L-arginine in the kidneys to produce more nitric oxide.
Nitric oxide causes the blood vessels to relax and dilate and thus improves blood flow.
L-arginine also stimulates the release of growth hormone, insulin and other substances in the body. But that’s not all, many people have been able to use the L-arginine and L-citrulline complex to:

Balance blood sugar, triglyceride and cholesterol levels – to protect the heart

Enjoy lasting relief from recurring leg pain due to arteries that are blocked (intermittent claudication).
– Reverse problems with penile erection (erectile dysfunction).

– Improve wound healing.

Improve liver and kidney function.
– Improve memory and cognitive functions.

Reduce the formation of blood clots and strokes.
– Lower high blood pressure.

Increase muscle growth and athletic performance.

– Boosting the immune system and prevention of the common cold.
